7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with no signs of wear or damage, and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Contact us immediately at our support email (or designated contact method) with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Once approved, you will be given instructions on how and where to send the product back.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

If you choose to return an item because you are not satisfied (i.e., you want a different design, size, or simply changed your mind), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for the product being returned to us.

Shonenkai will cover the shipping cost for sending the new, exchanged product to you.

Refunds: Damaged Products Only

Shonenkai does not offer refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. Refunds are only possible if the product you received is damaged upon arrival.

Damaged Product Claim Verification

To verify a claim that a product is damaged, the customer must provide concrete video evidence of the damage.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery if you believe the product is damaged.

The evidence should clearly show the product damage as well as the original packaging it arrived in.

Upon review and confirmation of the damage, we will process your refund.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Important Notes

Shonenkai is not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your item back.

Please allow up to 8-10 business days after the returned product is received by us for your exchange or refund (for damaged goods) to be processed.
